We purchased a Used 2017 Regal 1900ES from another dealer. First time out in the boat the alarm went off which restricted the speed of the boat. We dealt with this on and off for 2 years. The marine mechanic I was using could not identify or fix the problem. I called around locally and no one had an answer for me. Frustrated, I searched for a Regal Dealer who serviced Volvo Penta engines. That's when I found Full Performance Marine. They diagnosed the problem as needing new spark plugs. Something that seems so simple. All I can say is since they fixed the problem, the boat is running like a champ now. The motor sounds different and the boat is fast now. I live 2 hours away from FPM but it is worth it to know that these people know what they are doing and are so very helpful. If you are at all unsure about anything boating related, go see these people. You won't be disappointed.

This experience was amazing - from searching to signing paperwork and then to going over our boat with us everything was great. All our questions were answered and each part of the team from service to accessories and sales worked together amazing. Highly suggest. Will be back for all our needs.

My wife, Sharon and I bought a deck boat from FPM two summers ago. We have been thrilled with our boat and enjoy the family like treatment we receive from Marty, Brenda and Matt as well as all their employees. This past Friday we arrived late at our slip at Raystown Resort and prepared to take our boat out of the slip and onto the lake. As luck would have it, after several attempts, our boat would not start. At one minute until 6 pm I thought I would try to reach someone at FPM and ask for advice. Knowing they close at six pm I did not expect anyone to answer the phone. However, Jared from the service department answered. I explained our plight and asked for suggestions and to my surprise he said he would grab a new battery and some tools and meet us at the slip in a few minutes.He arrived promptly and to our surprise Marty came, too. They replaced the battery made a few changes and at 7:15 pm we were ready to enter the lake. Their store closed at 6pm and they drove to us and spent an hour or more with us to see that out boat was ready to go.My wife and I are small business people. We understand what the word "service" means. The service we received that evening is extremely rare. Jared and Marty could have just as easily ignored our call for help or answered with, "Sorry, were closed. Call us next week." Instead, they went out of their way and gave up their own time to help us enjoy our evening.We depend on FPM to service, store and launch our boat since our own schedule makes it nearly impossible to do these things ourselves.I cannot recommend more highly the services and products of Marty's family and staff.

I recently traded a pontoon and purchased a used boat from FPM. I first located the boat I was interested in over their webpage and made a call to the Sales Department. Jim in Sales answered my questions, called me back and made the buying experience pretty much hassle free from start to finish. Jim also provided his business card and personal cell phone number and said if you have any troubles on the water don't hesitate to call regardless of the time. Likewise the Service Department has been excellent to work with and the work completed as promised and on time. If you are considering a boat purchase new or used may I suggest you give Full Performance Marine a first look. Was on vacation at raystown lake and had a tournament on sat boat trim motor broke on my yamaha....they over nighted the part and had me back on the water next day friday!!! Ended up winning lunker and an 8th place finish!!! I have been extremely pleased with the sales transactions and subsequent service experiences. I was shopping for a Yamaha 210 or 230 and pulled dealers off the Yamaha web. The closest dealer did not want to deal with me as I had a trade. The second closest dealer had no inventory. When I called Matt he was extremely professional and I emailed him my trade pictures. Working over the phone we made a tentative deal. He met me at the dealer and was treated extremely well. I purchased the Yamaha 230 which is the most thrilling boat I have ever owned or driven. I used the boat on the Ohio River and Conneaut Lake PA all summer with NO ISSUES at all. I had a problem with a plastic air cleaner cover and they are shipping me a new one with no questions asked!! This is service! I really enjoyed my buying experience at Full Performance and recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used boat.
